Pros

Benefits are very competitive.

Work-life balance is also very good, and one is allowed to have flex hours and work from home.

Ability to learn initially if on a good team with motivated people.

Cons

Unfortunately, it's badly managed with no clear vision and strategy. We are always playing catch-up with competitors, and this is not a winning strategy. The pay isn't competitive.
