Lousy management (especially local Romanian management), open floor plan offices, 3 days in the office mandatory, outdated technologies.
Listen more to what your employees say, as opposed to what your investors want. The company is trying to sell "The Future Of Work," and yet it's going fast towards the past by recalling people into the office.
