Work-life balance, employee perks.
Old tech stack, process oriented.
The work given was based on the interview. I was asked to design a DB, and later after joining, I did not see a DB for 3 years.
The interviewer did not seem interested at all during the interview in the Campus Recruitment Drive. Why shortlist too many people from an online test and then act this way once you reach your headcount from a college? Pathetic experience.
The process was very clear: * Employee referral * Written test * Technical interview * HR interview later
2 technical questions on the basics of DSA. 1 managerial question on medium-level competitive coding. They asked me about linked lists. 1 HR round with basic questions.
