Pros
  • Free food and transport
  • 4-day work-from-home policy
  • Makes you so lazy that you will not look out for any other opportunity!
Cons
  • Managers work on preconceived notions.
  • Managers take opinions from your coworkers and act upon them instead of making their own judgments.
  • Lack of travel opportunities.
  • Not a good place to start your career if you are looking for good work.
  • Salary is very poor when compared to other SAP subsidiaries.
  • Bad feedback about managers to senior management will have no effect.
  • Management prevents employees from going on-site for fear of attrition.
  • No direct customer interaction.
  • Opportunities are given to the same people over and over again.
Advice to Management

Please take employees' feedback seriously. We actually spend time filling them out. The policy decisions made at the higher level do not percolate down to the employees. Please make sure they do so.

Some travel opportunities for people willing to do so do a lot of good to the morale of the employees. Please ensure that the opportunities are well distributed among the team members and not given to the same person.
