Great mentors, Good benefits for staying longer, An abundance of holidays, Flexible hours, Free food.
I feel like progress to the next level within the company is slow.
Interview for a co-op/intern position in Vancouver. It was around an hour online. I interviewed for two teams at the same time, so one software developer from each team was present. The interview was pretty standard.
It was a pool campus drive, and about 500-1000 students were present. The first round consisted of: * Psychometric test (10 minutes limit) * Mental ability (high-level quantitative questions were present; I will study from Arun Sharma) * Verba
Over the phone, with two graduates and one senior employee, at times I could hear them sniggering and talking to themselves while I was answering a question. Not a particularly enjoyable experience.
