A good company to work for.
Not a technology-focused company.
I applied for the interview on the SAP website. Most of the job openings they had were for experienced candidates. This profile required both back-end and front-end knowledge. The hiring process was as usual, similar to what we experience with most
Initial screening with recruiter to see if the role may be a good fit. Next were two technical rounds of LeetCode-style questions. One question per hour. One behavioral round for culture fit.
Five rounds, and HR was zombie from California. Infested by previous Sabre employees. Guess this goes Sabre's way. Only referrals are joining, and no steadfast individuals. Horrible interview process with a sleeping HR organization.
