Process
It took them almost a month to get back to me. They wanted me to provide dates and times to set up the initial interview. I told them that I was available 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. I never heard back from them. I emailed them a couple of times, but nothing. Terrible company.

Pros: The community is great. Some of the smartest people you will meet work here. Most of the managers want you to succeed. The work isn't too bad.
Cons: The on-site manager came from Amazon and she's never in our office even though she keeps talking about how important it is for us to be on-site. She's not really an honest person and is good at gaslighting. It seems promotion is much harder if you aren’t on her good side.
Communication from Scale is hard. Training is a hot mess and we get switched from project to project constantly. Lots of people experience burnout. Nobody has worked here longer than 6ish months.
