I applied online.
- CV Screen: You book all three interviews in advance (technical, behavioural, and hiring manager). The behavioural and hiring manager rounds are dependent on the technical round.
- Technical Interview: A debugging interview where you are given a codebase and you have to go through and fix three bugs that are present in the code. It honestly was so confusing, especially when the interviewer was basically so quiet and unhelpful.

Pros: - Smart and hardworking people
- Many opportunities to work on high visibility, and mission critical projects
- The company is getting large, but the scrappiness and passion are still very much alive
- The company is doing really well and is not that affected by the current market downturn
Cons: - WLB is not comparable to FAANG (40 hours on normal weeks, more when there are important deadlines) though engineering/product is somewhat shielded from the worst. RIP ops.
- Management/leadership can be quite junior/green, though external hiring has helped a lot recently.
- Priorities shift a lot and very quickly, so be prepared to switch gears fast.
