I applied right out of college, so I had my first interview in person when they came to my college career fair. Everything seemed pretty reasonable – it was a fairly difficult coding question, but I managed to get through it. The next round was an onsite in their SF office, and consisted of a behavioral interview, a practical Python challenge, and a systems design question. All in all, a pretty good interview. I wasn't blown away by the process, but it was pretty streamlined and worked pretty well.
