One initial technical interview, and an onsite with "practical" and "behavioral" components. Overall, it was a great experience. The team is great and obviously very talented. Richard was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They gave me detailed, honest feedback on what to work on for next time.

Pros: 1. You'll learn quickly.
2. Smart colleagues.
3. An entrepreneurial environment of lots of people coming from startups and leaving to do their own startup.
4. You interface frequently with leadership.
Cons: 1. Talent is underutilized due to lack of alchemy and processes at the company.
2. Long hours.
3. Team-dependent, but likely to get thrown in the deep end with no onboarding.

- High bar and ambition
- You make an impact very quickly
- Things not being fleshed out = opportunities to improve
- Comp is great for a startup (assuming equity pays off)
Cons: - Tooling and infra that are not well developed; manual processes or weird glitches are not unusual.
- Thrash when re-prioritizing new projects or features.
