Pros: - Smart and hardworking people
- Many opportunities to work on high visibility, and mission critical projects
- The company is getting large, but the scrappiness and passion are still very much alive
- The company is doing really well and is not that affected by the current market downturn
Cons: - WLB is not comparable to FAANG (40 hours on normal weeks, more when there are important deadlines) though engineering/product is somewhat shielded from the worst. RIP ops.
- Management/leadership can be quite junior/green, though external hiring has helped a lot recently.
- Priorities shift a lot and very quickly, so be prepared to switch gears fast.

- Very smart and motivated coworkers
Cons: - Very bad WLB (50-60 hour weeks, sometimes 80-100) that is improving
- Operations at its core, not working on building AI models but rather the datasets
