To me, a graph problem: given a list of lists. Each element list represents a question and has a boolean value at index 0 and another list at index 1. The index 0 represents whether the question is answered, and the list at index 1 (composed of indices) represents which questions it depends on. Return the index of questions to render. The question is rendered if it is answered and its dependencies are rendered. The next step is handling when the dependent questions are not in order.
