The interview process was standard: phone, CoderPad, and multiple virtual onsite rounds.
Interviewers were all very intelligent, amiable, and asked fair questions. I saw the reviews on here, but I think the variance you see is similar to that of any applicant pool to a company working on interesting and difficult problems that expects a lot out of candidates.

Pros: Work can be really impactful. Coworkers are smart and hard-working.

Pros: - Smart and hardworking people
- Many opportunities to work on high visibility, and mission critical projects
- The company is getting large, but the scrappiness and passion are still very much alive
- The company is doing really well and is not that affected by the current market downturn
Cons: - WLB is not comparable to FAANG (40 hours on normal weeks, more when there are important deadlines) though engineering/product is somewhat shielded from the worst. RIP ops.
- Management/leadership can be quite junior/green, though external hiring has helped a lot recently.
- Priorities shift a lot and very quickly, so be prepared to switch gears fast.
