Regular joint for senior failures from legacy/other tech
Engineer • Former Employee
San Francisco, CA
February 27, 2023
Pros: Hard work and a very busy work day. Tons to learn.
Cons: Many who have floated over from legacy tech companies in senior manager, VP roles—who have no vision, and are clearly here just for stock (their words) that they couldn’t get elsewhere because of poor skills, with no interest in their responsibility beyond the short term—lead to very poor judgment and management.

Cons: They could do the management of work a little better.
