The recruiter was nice and candid about the poor work-life balance. My interviewer wasn't paying attention and was obviously doing something else on the side, so the interview experience was poor.

Initial screen by a recruiter involving discussion of past technical projects and some technical questions. The next stage was described as a take-home test. You need to be very passionate and technically knowledgeable.

Clear expectations, thoughtful questions, and a collaborative tone. It covered system design, coding, and behavioral rounds. Interviewers were sharp but kind. It ultimately wasn't the right fit, or I would have taken it.
