Working at Scale has been a really amazing experience for me—my roommates have specifically commented on how much happier I've been since I started working here.
The company culture is amazing (everyone who works here is awesome!), so I actually look forward to coming in to work.
I also really believe in what we're doing and think we can truly change the course of technology and AI over the coming years.
Great benefits too, including a free gym membership.
There is a lot to do, and we need to keep hiring.
Let us keep grinding.
I submitted the application online, was reached out by the recruiter, and did a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, there were several other rounds in the virtual onsite. The overall experience was pretty good.
Clear expectations, thoughtful questions, and a collaborative tone. It covered system design, coding, and behavioral rounds. Interviewers were sharp but kind. It ultimately wasn't the right fit, or I would have taken it.
A standard coding interview. The interviewer is nice, but looks like he's busy every day. Scheduling the interview is a mess. The coordinator often replies late, and the interview is rescheduled several times.
