Weekly fair pay according to the number of hours that you worked, and you can work as much as you can as long as the queue is not empty.
You can't work if the tasks' queue is empty.
I had a CodeSignal then an interview with an engineer. It was not algorithmically difficult, but I had to work fast because there were multiple parts that got iteratively more difficult.
It was well organized. A recruiter call followed by a technical OA. Got to the first live programming round in which an engineer sits with you to go through a series of 6 problems. They were challenging, but the engineer was pretty helpful.
One initial technical interview, and an onsite with "practical" and "behavioral" components. Overall, it was a great experience. The team is great and obviously very talented. Richard was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process
