The hiring process was quick. I received a call from the hiring manager, and HR sent out details on the onsite interview.
The process was quick and easy, but the interviewers were not trained to ask appropriate questions.
Questions
The interview was a blend of technical and soft skills. However, there was a question asked if I had kids. I do not understand how this is relevant for the job. This just shows the interviewers are not trained well enough, as asking someone if they have kids is illegal.
