Pros: Decent Salary Company has a good work culture in a few of the teams, but Cloud Infrastructure Shared is the worst of all.

Cons: People are shouted at and scolded left and right for no reason. So many complaints and 360-degree reviews have fallen on deaf ears of senior management. So many people have been fired, forced to leave immediately. No due respect has been given to people. Power politics is in full play here. They have been insulted, maligned, and forced to shut their mouths. People are judged based on the college and company from where they are coming, and not by their work. People who are not from top companies or IITs/NITs are treated as inferior. Only people coming from these companies are valued, and the rest are considered as rats. This company was built by hardworking engineers, and not by such people who are roadblocks to the company's success. He is running this team like his own house, and even HR is afraid to raise a voice against him.

Pros: Leisure life, good salary increment.

Cons: Depends on which team you get into. If you are working on the ServiceNow platform, it doesn't help in your career.

Pros: Remote work. That's all you will get here.

Cons: 1. Outdated or Inefficient Tech Stack: The company's use of a bad tech stack can lead to numerous issues, such as slow development cycles, frequent system crashes, and difficulty integrating new technologies. This can hinder productivity, limit innovation, and make it challenging to attract and retain top talent. 2. Lack of Supportive Managers: The absence of supportive managers can have a significant impact on employee morale and professional growth. When managers fail to provide guidance, feedback, or recognition, it can result in demotivated employees, decreased job satisfaction, and hindered career advancement opportunities. 3. Long Working Hours Impacting Mental Health: The company's culture of long working hours can take a toll on employees' mental health. Constantly working overtime can lead to burnout, increased stress levels, and decreased work-life balance. This can negatively affect employee well-being, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. 4. Poor Working Environment: A bad working environment can contribute to a negative workplace experience. Factors such as lack of teamwork, poor communication, office politics, or a toxic work culture can lead to a stressful and unpleasant work environment. This can diminish employee engagement, collaboration, and overall job satisfaction.
