On-site assessment day for placement year students. It consisted of two parts:
- A general knowledge quiz covering different Computer Science fields.
- A face-to-face interview with a manager and a software developer.
The interview was quite challenging, as they asked very specific questions to ensure genuine knowledge and prevent pretense.

High acceptance, support, and inclusion.
Cons: You've got activity and leisure rooms, a yoga room, unlimited coffee, and really nice social kitchens. So, I cannot find a mentionable con for now.
