After applying via LinkedIn, I received a call from a recruiter. It was a pleasant conversation, and she sent me a Codility test. I passed it easily and waited for the next step.

After a week, I received an email stating that another candidate had accepted an offer and the position was filled. They mentioned that new positions would open next year and I could continue from where we left off, which is absolutely fine.

Next year came, and new positions opened. I sent an application, an email, and a private message, but received complete silence everywhere.

I'm not sure what this means. Perhaps they are not interested in me. But why not say so?
