I applied online and received a phone call from the recruiter within one week. I had three interviews in total. For some of the questions, they asked for optimal solutions, but they were not that strict. It was an overall good experience.

The interview process is too lazy. They won't tell you anything until you ask for feedback for each round. Sometimes they just want to explore more candidates, not to find the best one. They do this for the sake of exploring multiple candidates and
