It was a full technical interview, and most of the interviewers were experienced. They can figure out easily whether you came prepared or not.
Most of the questions were related to data structures and algorithms. Be thorough with Linked Lists, Binary Trees, and Strings.
Questions
If you are given a word, like "catdog", write the code to insert spaces such that the words are meaningful. You are given a dictionary.

Good software product, but the benefits are a joke!

Pros: - The product we make is a market leader.
- The company is growing.
Cons: The 401k is a joke. Do not call yourself an "Enterprise Software Company" when even the smallest start-ups offer more appealing 401k matching.
We are one of the most expensive solutions compared to our competitors. We are approaching $5B in annual revenue. How about we use that and take care of our employees? Increase our medical and retirement benefits? It's a radical idea, I know...
It's hard to take time off. They say you have unlimited, but you will be lucky if you get any. The reason they have unlimited is so they do not have to pay off your unused PTO when you decide to leave or when they fire you.

Little to no office politics.
Great work-life balance, especially with unlimited PTOs.
Great learning opportunities and ability to grow in the role.
Cons: Not the best of stock refreshers and bonus.

Pros: The work culture is very nice, and work hours are also flexible. It values your ideas if you have something.
Good perks and stock options.
Cons: During WFH, the workload is more. (I heard the same thing from my friends at other companies too.)
