Ambitious. ServiceNow is an amazing company that is experiencing tremendous growth in the enterprise software arena. The people are amazing, the technology and platform are amazing, and the benefits are second to none!
I haven't experienced any real cons thus far. One thing that could possibly be a drawback for some is that ServiceNow is growing at such a rapid pace that it is sometimes hard to grow the staff at a similar rate.
