There should be clarity when hiring a person for a particular position.
For example, hiring for a specialized role and comparing with others with different skills.
No corporate culture.
Worst work for core developers.
Employee bonuses and growth depend on relationships with managers or senior employees. Hard work and a helping nature won't work here.
Please do not misguide candidates by providing the wrong job profile. You are playing with someone's career.
Please focus on the team instead of snacks and patents.
