Application is very slow. You will be stuck here because of shares. Worst work for core developer. Application is so abstracted that you just need to tick checkboxes. You do not have access to any real code. Employees' bonuses and growth depend on relationships with managers or senior employees; hard work and a helpful nature won't work here. Anybody can spread calumny about anyone to a manager.
Please do not misguide a candidate by providing the wrong job profile; you are playing with someone's career.
Please focus on the team instead of snacks and patents.
