ServiceNow, as an organization, makes strong efforts to make a difference in underprivileged communities. Diversity presents many challenges, but I think ServiceNow is taking positive strides in this journey.
Some folks experience challenges with management support. Most managers are wholly onboard with diversity, but not all. This is not unique to ServiceNow, though.
Keep the focus on making ServiceNow a place where we feel comfortable bringing our whole selves, our full identity, to work.
