Good work environment with a fantastic ambiance. One can maintain work-life balance. Shuffling options within projects increase learning scope. Amazing employee benefits. Recognition and awards, along with perks, are often received, which is a good part.
Nothing as such; I haven't found so far.
But with a set of highly skilled persons, the competition will be more to prove among others. When we get talented peers, everyone is a great person here.
Management is very good at Team. Resource management and allocation are done as per the requirements to reduce the working hours of an individual. This again varies from team to team.
