Pros

There are tons of opportunities for you to grow. I have great teamwork and excellent collaboration with my peers (at least in my department). Managers do care of their staff and represent them to upper management on behalf of employees.

Cons

As the company grows rapidly, I've seen some employees get caught in the middle of some political issues, ending up leaving the company.

Advice to Management

You are doing great! Focusing more on employees' benefits will be awesomer.
