Lots of employee benefits in terms of stocks and extra activities, but not in terms of quality work.
A rich tech stack is missing. Only plain JavaScript is being used for development. Though workflows can be created, they can all be made through a UI tool.
Should work on a rich tech stack so that devs can relate to themselves.
