I applied online and, on the same day, received an email requesting that I book a 15-minute phone chat with a recruiter. The chat took place 12 days later and went well. A week later, I was asked to book another chat with a different recruiter. This one was longer and they called it the "life story." I had the option to Skype or come into the office. I chose to show up in person and was able to get in the next day. It was a good opportunity to get a glimpse at the work environment, which I thought was really nice.

The life story was not stressful. They want to get to know the person before moving on to more technical interviews. About two weeks later, I was informed that they decided to go with another candidate.

Overall, it took a little over a month. The process was smooth and respectful. I did not get the job but would not hesitate to apply again.
