Process
The process was short. I got the impression that HR are political gatekeepers out of their league. They seemed unqualified to reject based on no digital sales experience... well, not counting building up an eBay store from nothing and selling apps on the App Store. I was under some misguided impression I was applying for an engineering role.
I would have liked to continue the conversation, but not if they're going to exclude people who want to be there, who are qualified, and have a wealth of independent experience. I made a mistake in thinking they cared, but they're just another place protecting the B players infecting their company. Live and learn, move on.
