There were multiple rounds of interviews, and they were pretty straightforward, mirroring the process listed on the website:

• A first recruiter call
• Multiple pair programming interviews
• A life story interview

I had two separate pair programming interviews.

One involved building a robot and moving it in directions.

The other was to create a URL shortener.

Unfortunately, for the second interview with the URL shortener, a full front-to-back-end solution was expected. The interviewer seemed distracted and disinterested, which made it difficult to have a true back-and-forth. I ended up performing poorly with little give and take.
