I didn’t receive an offer because I lack experience. When I asked for feedback, I received a generic answer with no clear path for improvement. Therefore, I wasted around 6 hours and I don’t even know what went wrong exactly or on which criteria I was judged.

Pros: It was remote, there were some nice people on the team, and the pay was fine.
Cons: Horribly toxic leadership. The people rewarded were usually the people who broke things and then fixed them. The company pitted employees against each other and made collaboration really difficult in a competitive, low-trust environment.
