Shopify reached out to me via LinkedIn.

We scheduled the introductory interview using the availability form.

Then, we needed to reschedule it at Shopify's request.

During the interview, a very friendly person explained how the hiring process works. It's mentioned many times, so I won't repeat it.

I received the same scheduling form and chose the dates.

And then the odd part started. The interview was canceled again and again, and I had to reschedule it every time.

Five days later, the last cancellation came with the excuse: "shifted priorities to focus on more immediate initiatives," and this role is no longer an option.
