Process
Initial phone screen, followed by a lengthy HR "tell me about you" interview. This was great, very personable, and the best part of the interview.
Finally, a code interview where I was presented with a basic algo question by an uninterested engineer. (To their benefit, they probably had other things to do.) They did not work in the language or department I interviewed for.
