Round 1:

• 1-hour pair programming
• 1-hour life story interview

Both interviewers were nice, and the coding question was easy-medium. I received a response that I was moved to the final rounds the very next day.

Round 2:

• Two 1-hour 15-minute pair programming rounds. The questions in both rounds were easy-medium as well, and I was able to finish them optimally in half the time. I have been LeetCoding and came across those questions before.
• 1-hour technical deep dive/behavioral also went well.

I received an automated rejection email after 2 days. I am totally shocked by the result, as I was pretty sure I did well. I felt like there was something wrong with the process or the position was already filled. I read the previous reviews on Glassdoor and now totally understand what is meant by a "broken" or different evaluation process than industry standard. Don't expect a positive outcome, even if you did perfectly in all the rounds. I felt like it was a total waste of time.
