Life Story Interview The recruiter who conducted my life story interview was very new to the company and seemed to be struggling to stay on top of the interview. Her questions weren't sharp, and her follow-ups to my answers didn't flow well with the conversation. After the interview, I knew I had done the best I could, but if she was going to share notes to make a decision, I would probably get rejected, which I did. The interview felt like a waste of time, and I don't feel like I got a fair chance.
