I had five rounds of interviews, all conducted online. They were as follows:

1. Initial call with a Manager
2. First pair programming session
3. Life story interview
4. Second pair programming session
5. Technical deep dive

The people I spoke with were very nice and easy to talk to. The pair programming sessions were conducted in my preferred language and development environment. I felt that the developers in my pair programming sessions were genuinely interested in what I was coding and offered suggestions when I encountered minor roadblocks. I never felt judged; rather, I felt they were working on the problem with me. At the end of each session, I had the opportunity to ask more about the role and the company.
