Firstly, a short introduction: a 10-minute interview via Skype. Two weeks later, a 1-hour interview with HR. I was told that they would speed up the process and that the next step would be soon. They never got back to me. No feedback was given.

Pros: When COVID got very intense for everyone, they gave Fridays off in the summers of 2020 and 2021. People are very nice and supportive.
Cons: It's growing quickly, and there is always adjustment from that.
