Great culture, remote by default, meaningful
- The hiring process brings tons of talent and overall nice people to work with.
- True remote-by-default work culture.
- Great work-life balance.
- Ability to work on meaningful, impactful projects.
- Given the current stock price, total compensation is good, but not great.
- Fast growth through hiring sometimes results in a lack of organization.
The sad reality of a plummeting stock price is that it will be harder to retain talent. It would be great if this could be prevented by generous payrises or more benefits, reducing working hours.
