I interviewed in Houston for a panel interview with three managers, including an engineer. There were a few technical questions. Make sure you know about the company and what they stand for. Also, be sure to master anything on your resume; they will pick the smallest, irrelevant thing.
The engineer asked technical questions. One manager checked my personality with behavioral questions, and the other general manager was picking up on my answers to strike back with other questions.
Overall, I want the job very badly. They were all nice guys. I'm still waiting on their offer.
