This was the worst interview process I have ever seen.
During the automation panel, they placed individuals with pure manual testing experience. They knew nothing about Selenium or automation frameworks.
I have 7+ years of experience in automation, and they asked me to write a factorial program. No automation questions were asked at all.
Suggestion to Siemens: Please do not schedule a drive if you do not have a good interview panel or an actual requirement. It was just a waste of time.
Very bad experience with Siemens. Please do not go for an automation profile interview; they will ask you first if you are ready to work on manual testing or not.
I have seen such a mad and foolish interview panel for the first time in my entire career.
VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
