Pros: They pay on time and some benefits, but not good if you are a site engineer.
Cons: Lack of knowledge on the managerial level, no structure, and not a good safety culture. There is no monitoring of performance, no recognition, and one person decides everything. There are problems with expenses and microaggressions.
