They do not have any work and are wasting candidates' time, bringing false hopes of getting selected, only to later say you are not a good fit.

To give a short story, I attended 3 rounds of tech interviews. Two happened smoothly. The third interviewer did not know I had already given two tech interviews, so the third round was a deep dive.

Now, HR has communicated about having one more tech interview. I do not understand why this is happening – a fourth tech round where another interviewer might have no clue what's happening.

So, be careful.
