The first interview was with HR.
It included many psychological questions, focusing on interpersonal communication skills and conflict resolution.
The next interview was a technical one with the manager and two team leaders.
The questions were job-related and fair.
My background isn't exactly in embedded systems, and I mentioned my lack of experience with RTOS. Unfortunately, this was a decision point for the company.
