Process
First, there will be a machine coding round on HackerRank.
There will be a total of 6 questions: 2 coding questions and 4 MCQs.
The 2 coding questions I faced were:
- IP address validation (from HackerRank).
- Given two strings, concatenate them in this manner: s1 = "abc", s2 = "mnva". The output should be "ambncva".
If you clear the first machine round, then there will be two technical rounds followed by an HR round.

Pros: Very intelligent people.
There is never a case of having to cover for a co-worker who is a bit "thick".
Also, there is excellent technology to develop and learn, and the customers tend to be wonderful people to work with as well.
Cons: Management tends to get rid of the people that the customers want to have around.
It is a place where we work with customers intimately and for long periods of time (sometimes ten years or more) and keep the ones on who the customer wants to see less of.
An upgrade contract was postponed last year because a customer did not like the fact that the employee they would be working with had poor hygiene.
