This was one of the worst interview experiences. The job description was for mobile development with an average of 3 years of experience. The interview panel seemed to have no clue about mobile development and was very weak in addressing and assessing candidates. All questions were either irrelevant to the area of expertise or were just random.

They asked basic questions like logical reasoning, such as palindromes and anagrams. All candidates felt they weren't given a fair chance and were asked different types of questions.

And if you are associated with a big company, please don't bother applying. They will just ask why you are trying here. Everyone should be treated equally, whether from a startup or a big company.

The bottom line is they need someone to work on something, that's all.
