Pros: Can be interesting but then becomes repetitive. Good location (Orlando) and decent work environment.
Cons: Management has lots of surveys on what they can do better, but nothing changes. There is a strict hierarchy and communication is difficult.

Benefits (competitive, but in decline)
Cons: Large company disease (too many people not pulling their weight; including multiple layers of management)
Office politics
Ridiculous bureaucracy
Less than logical decisions from upper management
Raises have been very poor lately
