Pros: Coworkers were incredibly knowledgeable, and it was a privilege to learn from them.
Cons: Huge companies suffer from the usual rigidity of hierarchy, micromanagement, fiefdoms, and status-seeking. They underpay many positions by tens of thousands of dollars compared to the same jobs in the area.
